1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 111bate ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service, feature, game, or betting market available on the 111bate platform at https://111bate.net and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with the 111bate platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms take effect from the moment you complete the account registration process and remain in full force for the duration of your membership.

111bate reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice beyond a reasonable announcement on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, which together form the complete legal framework governing your use of 111bate.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 111bate platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a strict minimum. Individuals under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or otherwise using any service on 111bate. This is a non-negotiable requirement and will be enforced.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of a third party.
• You do not have an existing active or suspended 111bate account under the same identity or any other identity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using this platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of 111bate or any of its affiliated service providers or game studios.

Age Verification: 111bate operates a mandatory age verification process. Upon registration you will be required to confirm your age. Upon placing your first withdrawal request, or at any other point at the discretion of 111bate, you may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a National Identity Card or passport) to confirm that you are aged 18 or above. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance derived from bonus funds.

If 111bate becomes aware or reasonably suspects that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned only after satisfactory identity and age verification has been completed.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the services on 111bate, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 111bate is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 111bate platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is a serious violation of these Terms. If multiple accounts are detected, 111bate reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and retain any winnings generated across those accounts.

3.3 Account Credentials & Security

You are entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether you authorised it — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 111bate support team immediately via live chat.

111bate employees will never request your password. Any communication asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team without delay.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

111bate operates a KYC verification process in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. You may be requested to provide proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your membership. Documents commonly requested include a valid National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a screenshot or photo of the payment method used for deposit. Failure to provide documents within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal facilities until compliance is achieved.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

111bate accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion fees are charged by 111bate, though third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which 111bate bears no responsibility.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account or card held by a person other than the registered 111bate account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as third-party in origin will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. 111bate aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal operating conditions; however, processing times may vary during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required. Withdrawal requests may be held if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, incomplete KYC, or breach of these Terms.

4.4 Funds and Interest

Player funds held in 111bate accounts are not interest-bearing. 111bate does not hold player funds in segregated accounts and no interest will be paid on deposited balances under any circumstances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 111bate offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. These specific terms take precedence over any general bonus guidance in this document.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x), specifies the total real-money wager volume that must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagers placed on games or markets that are excluded from bonus wagering do not count toward the requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

111bate has a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing low-risk opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements; using automated betting patterns or bots to accumulate bonus turnover; and misrepresenting the source or nature of qualifying activity. Where bonus abuse is identified, 111bate reserves the right to void associated winnings, cancel active bonuses, and close the account.

5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

111bate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided via the platform where practicable. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Provider Terms

Games available on the 111bate platform are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules of its respective provider. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game provider's rules apply to the resolution of that specific game outcome. These Terms continue to apply in all other respects.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software failure, or communication error that affects the outcome of a game or wager, 111bate reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 111bate is not liable for any loss, real or anticipated, resulting from a technical malfunction on the platform or within a game provided by a third-party studio.

6.3 Prohibited Gaming Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 111bate platform and will result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of winnings:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live dealer games, poker, or any other competitive format.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain.
• Any form of money laundering, including using the platform to move funds of illicit origin through a cycle of deposits and withdrawals.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent payment activity of any kind.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 111bate are governed by the specific rules of the sportsbook in effect at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, the odds are locked. In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the moment of acceptance; delays in internet connectivity or device performance are the responsibility of the player and do not entitle a player to dispute accepted odds.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 111bate, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. In addition to the game-specific prohibitions in Section 6, you are also prohibited from:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any technology designed to mask your geographic location or circumvent platform restrictions.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the 111bate platform or its underlying technology.
• Using the 111bate platform for any commercial purpose, including advertising, solicitation, or recruitment without the express written consent of 111bate.
• Transmitting any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content through any communication channel on the platform, including live chat.
• Facilitating access to the platform by any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

111bate reserves the right to monitor player activity for compliance with these Terms at any time. Any suspected breach will be investigated and may result in the actions described in Section 8 below.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 111bate

111bate reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. During a suspension, access to the account, deposits, and withdrawals may be restricted pending the outcome of an investigation.

8.2 Permanent Closure by 111bate

Following the conclusion of an investigation, if a breach of these Terms is confirmed, 111bate may permanently close the account. In cases involving fraud, bonus abuse, multiple accounts, underage gambling, or money laundering, all associated balances — including any genuine deposits — may be withheld pending legal review. 111bate will cooperate with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crime.

8.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may close your 111bate account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds being forfeited. Self-exclusion requests are treated as a distinct process and are governed by the 111bate Responsible Gaming policy.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account — whether voluntary or enforced — your right to access the 111bate platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (including those relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution) continue to apply after closure.
